• When you book your call, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to my clients or other potential clients.
• If cancellation is necessary, you must cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance using the original email confirmation, or you may be unable to reschedule at a later date. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
• This is a Zoom call - please use the Zoom link and password provided in the initial confirmation email.

The $50 fee is non-refundable, and will be deducted from the cost of your project. There are no refunds for no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
