Where it all started...
If you told childhood me that I'd grow up to coach women on confidence and communication, I would've laughed...quietly...from the back of the room.
I stuttered. I tripped over my words. I prayed teachers wouldn't call on me. So I did the next best thing. I wrote - a LOT.
And somewhere between writing resumes, bios, and heartfelt paragraphs for anybody who's sit still long enough, I discovered a gift: I could put a feeling on paper in a way thatĀ movedĀ people.
The Plot Twist
Fast forward: I'm five months pregnant, at my "good job with benefits" - a stressful six-figure job - thinking I'm doing what I'm supposed to do.
Then boom - laid off.Ā
I cried. I panicked. I questioned everything.
But that moment pushed me back towards my real gifts, and reminded me of what I'd forgotten: I never needed anyone else to validate my brilliance.
What I Do Today
Now? I help brilliant women do the same.
I coach Black women CEO, entrepreneurs, and corporate climbers who are tired of being the best-kept secret.
